The Thin Place is a framed postcard print diptych taken from my original street-art painting, created in Tamworth for the 2026 Art of Tamworth Festival.
Designed as two pieces that belong together, the left-hand artwork depicts a young girl reaching towards a robin, while the right-hand piece features a sheet ghost reaching back towards her. Together they explore memory, love and connection, inspired by the idea of a thin place — somewhere the distance between our world and somewhere beyond feels especially small.
Both artworks are professionally printed on high-quality 350gsm silk card, preserving the detail, texture and subtle tonal qualities of the original paintings.
The set includes two approximately 11 × 15cm postcard prints, each presented in its own 15 × 20cm black frame with white mount. Display them side by side to recreate the complete The Thin Place diptych.
